I had this wonderful plan to post pictures of a few small finished projects, but somewhere between the camera and the computer several pictures were eaten alive. I have no idea where they went. I was also foolish enough to delete everything from the camera before I verified they made it to the computer. They do always make it to the computer. Stupid machines, they work correctly just long enough to lull you into a false sense of security.

And you know what? I don’t feel like taking the photos again, at least not today. So for the time being you will have to take my word for it, I do occasionally finish small projects. I’ve also made it through the heel on TR’s sock number two, and made a few inches of progress on my wrap - actually using up skein one of an anticipated five. For some reason I was giddy about joining that new skein, I guess it was concrete progress on something.

I just seem to have a short attention span these days. I work on something for a little while, and then wander off to something else. I have to squeeze in the small projects I can finish in a few hours, so that I can actually look at a project I’ve finished. It’s like making lists, doing something off the list, and then actually writing it down just so you can cross it off. It’s evidence that a given day has some sort of purpose, and you didn’t let it slip by with no meaning whatsoever.
