What to do?
I find myself picking up and putting down projects today. I can’t seem to find anything that grabs my attention.
This morning I knit a few rounds on a sock. I picked up some clutter in the dining room left over from yesterday. I did bake a couple loaves of bread. I frogged RM’s longies I was working on (going to be too small) and started some short soakers with the yarn (half a waistband done.) I started to clean off the clutter that accumulates on the sewing table but didn’t finish. I did some internet research to try and figure out why my feeds don’t update on Bloglines (no luck). I sorted and put away outgrown diaper supplies. I put in a movie but didn’t watch it. I wandered room to room a few times.
I think I want to get out, go somewhere, even get away for a few days but we can’t right now. There isn’t money in budget. I’ve been hunting down cheap day-trip ideas and I have a few things percolating in my brain. I want a change of scenery to help me find some inspiration in life.
I also want to entertain and distract the boys before they hurt each other. Too much unfocused brotherly togetherness is not a good thing.
